  Rude staff, slow service. The two girls behind the counter were more concerned with chatting instead of serving. I waited for half an hour to receive my meal which was ready and sitting in front of me behind the counter because the girl putting it together walked away and didn't finish it. All that needed to happen was it needed to be bagged. Meanwhile as I waited other people who came after me were recriving their orders before me and other customers became annoyed having to wait to even be served as counters were completely unattended! When I asked the girl behind the counter to hurry up for the second time, she yelled at me and made eccuses , she then SHOVED the meal in the bag. My meal was cold when I got it home and the chips were soggy. This is not the 1st time I have experienced rudeness at this store. The last time was over me wanting to swap a soft drink for a pop top for my son's meal. It's not the 1st time but it will be the last because I will not go back to this store again. There were several solutions to the so called issue of not having the right sized bags for my meal, but making a customer stand and wait and then raising your voice at them is not one of them!

  I went there and water 1hour and 13 mins to get served and when got served I order a family mega feast n was told if I want hot and spicy I would have to wait 14mins so I waited just to come to find out the hot and spicy was not completely cook and the original was still bleeding it is the 2nd time iv has undercooked chicken but the 1st Time the potato an gravy was also off
